“When we dare to drop the armor that protects us from feeling vulnerable, we open ourselves to
the possibility of love, belonging, and joy.”
— Brené Brown

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from The Johns Hopkins University School
of Education and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore
County.

I am currently a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland, as
well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Clinical Anxiety
Treatment Professional (CCATP). As a Maryland Board-Approved Supervisor, I provide clinical
supervision to licensed graduate counselors, substance use disorder counselors, and intern
students aspiring to enter the counseling field.

I specialize in co-occurring disorders (individuals with both substance use disorders and mental
health disorders), anxiety, and trauma. I also have competencies in grief work, depressive
disorders, and supporting individuals exploring neurodivergence. Over the past decade, I have
worked with children, adolescents, and adults in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and most
recently I have focused on supporting adults with co-occurring disorders in low-intensity
residential treatment. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, treating individuals in the LGBTQIA+
communities with the dignity, respect, and affirmation they deserve. Throughout my time as a
therapist, I have worked to reduce the stigma individuals with substance use disorders face in
society, including the internalized stigma they have developed during the course of their use.
I take a person-centered approach to therapy but pull from a variety of modalities to best
support the needs of my clients. It takes incredible courage to start and stay with therapy, and I
want you to feel seen and heard during your sessions. I believe in helping individuals achieve
overall well-being and breaking generational cycles of trauma. I love helping others find the
courage to show up wholeheartedly and as their authentic selves in all aspects of their lives.
You are worthy just by existing in this world. I would love to accompany you on your journey in
healing.
