Hello! My name is Jaime Darda, and I am a Maryland Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-
C). I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University and my
Bachelor’s in Sociology from Nicholls State University. I am also currently pursuing a
Doctorate in Social Work.

I have years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in
therapeutic settings, as well as provided online therapy for several years. I utilize multiple
treatment approaches when working with clients including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Mindfulness, Solution-focused brief therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience
working with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues. I also have
experience working with couples.

My goal as a therapist is to support and empower you on your journey. I believe in helping
clients gain the resilience they need to work towards being the best version of themselves. I look
