As a therapist, the most critical component of our work together is the therapeutic relationship. Beginning with this as the basis allows our work to focus on your goals and needs while creating the space and safety for vulnerability.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC). I have ten years of experience working with children and adolescents in residential, non-public, and public school settings. I have worked with clients who have experienced both ongoing relational trauma as well as a single incident trauma. I am passionate about working within the LGBTQIA+ community and working with previous and current athletes.
Within my Person-Centered approach, treatment needs to be tailored to the individual and their needs. Some techniques I may use in our time together include Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Creating a purposeful and intentional treatment plan for your needs is an important aspect of my approach.
